    Job Title: Senior ServiceOperation Manager

    Job Description: PositionSenior Service Operations Manager Region Jeddah DepartmentOperations Reports To Senior Service Manager Direct Reports ShiftDuty Managers Senior shift leaders Shift Leaders Work Pattern(Day/Shift)

    Knowledge:

    • 1Bachelor/Masters in engineering (Technical Electrical orMechanical)
    • 2 Lean Six SigmaCertificate
    • 3 Certified Operations Manager(COM) is a plus

    KeyExperiences:

    • 1 8 Years of Experiencein Operations or technical function (Electrical orMechanical).
    • 2 5 Years Experience in Managing /Leading a team

    Job Purpose Statement:Manage the Operations crew and activities to assure the servicecontract deliverables.

    KeyActivities:

    • 1 Manage Operations Crewto Ensure optimal manpower & skillsdistribution.
    • 2 KPI Reporting and majorincident reporting (based on root cause analysisRCA)
    • 3 Communication and coordination withstakeholders during operation and in case of majorbreakdowns
    • 4 Initiate and drives improvementsregarding processes procedures and systemsused
    • 5 Team Management Escalation managementand stakeholder management.
    • 6 Workcollaboratively with different departments to ensure achievingcontract deliverables and KPIs
    • 7 Design andcreate plans of action for the various stages of the serviceoperations process
    • 8 Oversee recruitment hiringand training of new employees
    • 9 Monitor teamproductivity and address issues as they arise to ensure maximumefficiency and consistent serviceexperiences
    • 10 Daytoday management of allcustomerfacing teams to ensure all teams work towards the samegoals
    • 11 Continuously monitor metrics andleverage customer feedback to drive continuous improvement ofservice practices
    • 12 launch new initiatives andprojects that improve upon supportrelated processes to meetchanging customer needs
    • 13 Budget controlmanaging monitoring and adjusting budget to ensure that thebusiness remains on track to meet companies financial goals anddeliver on the organizations objectives
    • 14 Runa safe injury/accidentfreeworkplace
