    Job Title: Program Director - Civil Engineering (Saudi National)

    Location: Jeddah

    Job Description:

    An experienced and visionary Program Director to oversee and lead our civil engineering program. The Program Director will be responsible for providing strategic direction, managing program development and execution, and ensuring the successful implementation of various civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project management and delivery.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute the program's strategic vision, goals, and objectives, aligning them with the company's overall mission and business strategy.
    2. Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of civil engineering projects.
    3. Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of various civil engineering initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
    4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project requirements, identify potential risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
    5. Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities, serving as the primary point of contact for all program-related inquiries and communications.
    6. Monitor and evaluate project performance, tracking key metrics and milestones, and providing regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
    7. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations, and promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and innovation within the program.
    8. Identify opportunities for business growth, expansion, and diversification within the civil engineering sector, and develop strategies to capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
    2. Proven track record of at least 15 years in a senior leadership role within the civil engineering industry, demonstrating extensive experience in program management and project delivery.
    3. Comprehensive knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and best practices in infrastructure development and project management.
    4. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving program objectives and delivering high-quality results.
    5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
    6. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budget management, and business development within the civil engineering sector.
    7. Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for project management, data analysis, and reporting.
    8. Experience interspersed with working with well-known consulting companies or government agencies, and he has technical expertise in the field of implementing infrastructure projects such as bridges, tunnels, roads, storm and rain water drainage channels, and city development programs.
    9. It is preferred that he hold a certificate approved by the Project Management Institute or its equivalent, and a project management professional (PMP) is preferred, and a candidate who is fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is preferred.
