    TheExecutive Secretary to the Managing Director holds a crucialposition in the company serving as the primary conduit forefficient communication and coordination within the organization.

    Reporting directly to the Managing Director this role supports theexecutive in managing administrative responsibilities streamliningexecutive workflows and fostering effective information exchangewithin a multifaceted company operating in both the HORECA (HotelRestaurant and Catering) and Real Estate Developmentindustries.


    Executive Support:
    Act as theprimary point of contact between the Managing Director andinternal/external stakeholders.
    Manage the Managing Directors calendar appointments and prioritizemeetings.
    Prepare and distributemeeting agendas presentations andreports.


    Communication Hub:
    Ensureefficient communication flow within the organization linking bothHORECA and Real Estate Developmentsectors.
    Handle correspondenceincluding emails letters and phonecalls.
    Coordinate communicationbetween the Managing Director and departmentheads.


    InformationManagement:
    Maintain confidentialrecords and documents exercising discretion andconfidentiality.
    Conduct researchcompile data and prepare reports as requested by the ManagingDirector.


    Traveland Event Coordination:
    Arrangeand coordinate the Managing Directors travel plans includingitineraries accommodations andtransportation.
    Assist inorganizing company events and meetings both internally andexternally.


    Documentationand Filing:
    Manage and organizedocuments contracts and agreements related to both businesslines.
    Ensure accurate filing andretrieval of importantrecords.


    InterdepartmentalLiaison:
    Foster positive workingrelationships with teams in the HORECA and Real Estate Developmentsectors.
    Facilitatecrossfunctional collaboration and informationsharing.

    Requirements



    Qualificationsand Experience:
    Bachelor s degree in business administrationmanagement or a related field.

    Provenexperience (58 years) as an executivesecretary.
