    Position: Manager, Business Change

    Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Act as first line support for system related issues – mainly CW1.
  • Process re-engineering –drive productivity increase (eliminate waste) and operational excellence
  • Admin user & Raising IT tickets for system related issues like CW1, myDSV or any other application that support operations.
  • Be the communication bridge between Department heads to meet business requirement.
  • Set Operational Governance as per DSV Standards (OPEX) considering local requirements.
  • System analysis & innovative working procedures.
  • Measuring KPIs and setting local & global benchmark standards in Data quality.
  • Supporting Management with access to reports, analysis data, setting dynamic dashboards.
  • Staff Training.
