- Oversee all aspects of HR operations ensuring compliance with local KSA laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the unique requirements of the KSA market.
- Manage the recruitment process including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires providing them with essential information about company policies procedures and culture.
- Partner with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance management.
- Administer employee benefits programs ensuring timely enrollment accurate recordkeeping and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain HR records and generate reports as needed providing insights to inform strategic decisionmaking.
- Stay abreast of developments in the KSA labor market and advise senior management on HR trends best practices and potential risks.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 710 years of HR experience with a focus on the KSA market.
- Thorough understanding of KSA labor laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
