    About the Role

    Benefits

    Salary and Benefits

    • 9, ,300 (+ Bonus - expected m average bonus package of 2,500)
    Bonus payment is made for:
    • Booking a valuation (residential or lettings) that turns into a listing minimum threshold 7
    • Delivering conveyancing referrals
    • Booking Financial Services appointments minimum threshold 5
    • Referrals for Auction
    • Valuation Survey Referrals
    Days and Hours
    • (Monday Friday)
    • Some Saturdays will be required am (Time off in lieu will be given for Saturdays worked)
    Annual leave entitlement
    • 20 days plus bank holidays, increasing with service

    What Apprenticeship Training will you Receive?

    The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 2 Junior Estate Agent Qualification through Learning Curve ;

    You will be taught through:

    • 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
    • 6 weekly hours of Off The Job Training
    • The course is a 13 month long programme
