SUMMARY
Lookingfor an experienced Quality Systems ManagementEngineer to represent the quality function of technicalsupport, in conjunction with other internal support groups,regarding issues affecting manufacturing on global customeraccounts at our Florence, KY facility This position willcreate and maintain quality management systems processes to ensurecompliance with regulators such as ISO, serve as liaisonbetween our Circuit and suppliers or customers on global qualityrelated issues, and oversee other Quality Engineers and qualityrelated projects including ISO certifications. Thisposition will work in person/onsite at Florence, KY facility. Thisis not a remote position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may beassigned.

• Developand maintain QA plans and process routings, which reflectintended/actualactivities.
  
• Providesupport for all quoting activities by participation in initialprocess design, development, and implementationphases.
  
• Evaluateand support inspection processes via inspection aids andinstructionguidelines.
  
• Supportall training programs by development and implementation ofspecialized training sessions for all applicablefunctions.
  
• Conductperiodic review and maintenance of all documentation files; developappropriate systems for document storage andaccess.
  
• Reviewall supplier or customer discrepancies. Coordinate and track thecorrective/preventative actioneffort.
  
• Providetrend analysis of defects occurring at the customer, supplier andinternally.
  
• Participatein the vendor survey activities asapplicable.
  
• Driveproactive participation with suppliers and (when possible) aid intheir process improvementefforts.
  
• Interfacewith all departments as applied to the Policies and Procedures withspecial regard to ISO 9001, EN4600, and GMPdocumentation.
  
• Createand maintain quality systems in relation with ISO9001
  
• Monitordepartmental activities and provide technical and logisticalguidance/support for the quality engineering staff asapplicable.
  
• Interfaceand provide technical support on quality issues with the customerasneeded.
  
• Supportand focus corrective action efforts and utilizing the SPC data andcorrective action tracking package and create and implement anymeetings, procedures, or team-building concepts as necessary aspart of the corrective/preventativeeffort.
  
• Serveas liaison between our Circuit and suppliers or customers onquality relatedissues.
  
• Improvetechnical support for the qualityorganization.
  
• Adhereto all safety and health rules and regulations associated with thisposition and as directed bysupervisor.
  
• Complyand follow all procedures within the company securitypolicy.
  

MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS

• Bachelorsdegree required in Mechanical or ElectricalEngineering
  
• 5+years related experience, or equivalent combination of educationand experience in qualityengineering
  
• ISO9001 experience is amust
  
• ISOcertification and implementation experience needed
  
• Previousexperience building quality management systems from start to finishhighlydesired
  
• Manufacturingexperience aplus
