Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee a Design-Build project for a water transmission line and water treatment plant in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage profit and loss for the project, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Collaborate with head office teams to direct design and procurement processes, leveraging subcontractor resources effectively.
• Produce regular reports on value, cost, and progress, providing transparent insights into project performance.

Requirements

• At least 20 years of experience in contracting, with 5 years in a similar position overseeing infrastructure projects valued over $100 million.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Excellent English command; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Demonstrated expertise in FIDIC contract conditions and basic estimating/cost control processes in infrastructure construction.
