- Manage Book Of Business (BOB) ensuring constant growth in Volume, Revenue, and Margin.
- Drive constant growth of the BCO composition through a strategic balance of Hunting and Farming.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research in the local Freight Forwarding market.
- Collaborate with Branch Operations to customize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) around client needs.
- Assist BOB clients with export/import quotations and negotiations to facilitate opportunity closure.
- Liaise with internal and external networks to ensure optimal service assistance and collaboration.
- Utilize the CRM system to manage personal pipeline and record activities for the Field Sales Incentive Scheme.
- Stay updated on local regulations, industry trends, and enhancements.
- Proven track record in sales field, with at least 3 years of recent and relevant experience in Freight Forwarding.
- Mandatory Freight Forwarding experience.
- Graduate in any field.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Freight Forwarding Field Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and growing a personal Book of Business (BOB) within the Branch's geographical reach. Your primary focus will be to implement company commercial strategies and products to accelerate growth while ensuring significant contributions to the Profit and Loss (P&L) within the Branch.
