    Responsibilities
    • Effectively maintains and retainsexisting customers by building longterm relationships.
    • Meetsassigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned productlines.
    • Lead demandgenerating marketing activities in theassigned market for the assigned productspecialty.
    • Establish productive professional relationships withkey personnel in assigned customeraccounts.
    • Coordinates the involvement of company personnelincluding business development support service marketing customersuccess and management resources in order to meet accountperformance objectives and customers expectations.
    • Proactively assesses clarifies and validates customerneeds on an ongoing basis.
    • Leads solution development efforts that bestaddress customer needs while coordinating the involvement of allnecessary company personnel.
    • Prepare weekly monthly quarterly and annualreports andforecasts.


    Requirements

    Certification Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administrationequivalent.
    • ITIL Foundation(preferred)
    • Inbound Sales (must)
    • Sales Enablement (must)

    Skills:
    • Minimum of 7 years experience inenterprise sales or relatedposition.
    • Sales experience at the following domains (IT ServiceManagement ISO Consultation Services)
    • Hands onexperience with CRM software and Account managementsystems.
    • Understanding of sales performancemetrics.
    • Strong negotiation skills with a problemsolvingattitude.
    • Customercentric and goodlistener.
    • Ability to contribute consistently and positively in ahighpaced fastchanging and sometimes unpredictable workenvironment.
    • Articulate verbal communication professional businesswriting and presentationskills.

    Personal Skills(MUST):
    • High sense of responsibility and ownership acting likeowner in what you do.
    • Exceptional communication and presentationskills.
    • Being able to work on your own or in ateam.
    • Being able to work to tightdeadlines.

    • Fluent in Arabic and English.
