- Develop relation and provide all solutions related to Freight to the clients.
- Support client for any claim, payment issues or pending shipment.
- End to end follow up on shipment life cycle.
- Provide support to the commercial team.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders internally.
- Achieve the overall freight numbers for the assigned clients.
- Report any failure to the line manager and ensure client is updated on time.
- Follow-up and track shipment until job invoicing.
- Ensure improvement of On-time delivery performance of the tradelines serviced by Aramex.
- Ensure Cargo wise adoption & milestone status update integrity is 100%.
- Monitor & manage airlines, shipping lines, road transport on a national level for a better visibility on client/shipment performance and lead negotiation further with the stakeholder.
- Coordinate with regional customer success team for related update.
- Bachelor's degree in business or any other field.
- 3-4 years of relevant working experience in the Freight Forwarding (Air, Sea, Land) industry.
- Knowledge about global trade lanes, airlines & air freight, shipping lanes, road lanes solutions.
- Experience in Customer service and handling Key business client, airline, shipping lanes & rate negotiation.
- Cargowise experience is preferred.
- Excellent MS office skills: Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Good commands in professional emails writing.
- Arabic language knowledge is a plus.
