- Develop and maintain relationships with channels including vendors, distributors, resellers and partners.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with these channels.
- Assist the team in different activities, including but not limited to RFP Translation, Proposals Preparation, and CVs Consolidation.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as HR, Bidding, Marketing, Operations, Finance and others.
- Prepare reports and presentations as and when needed.
- Coordinate and manage departmental events and activities.
- Maintain departmental records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Follow up with different team members, departments and Customer to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to department members
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 to 2 years of similar experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and Time Management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong Arabic and English speaking and writing skills are required for this role.
- Should be available in KSA, either Saudi or with Transferrable Iqama
