    • Enable collaboration with theStrategy unit in the development of KAFD's balancescorecards at corporate level including strategic Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs) and targets. Review developed KPI's andtargets and verify relevancy and alignment with theorganization's objectives.
    • Lead thecascading of corporate KPIs and scorecards across businessfunctions to ensure each function contributes to the achievement ofKAFD's strategicobjectives.
    • Facilitate and participate intrainings and workshops aimed at explaining the setting offunctional/ divisional objectives and KPIs with businessfunctions.
    • Advise the Human Capital team on thelinkage and cascading of the functional/ divisional objectives intoindividual performance objectives that are measurable andattainable.
