Job summary
Create and maintain the yearly strategic plan and the yearly budgets in accordance to Dyson's vision and mission and monitor implementation insuring consistent brand sense of purpose Own short- and long-term strategy P&L and objectives of the marketplace e-Commerce business Lead sales forecasting exercise with Finance team and ensure GM's approval Develop and conduct the implementation of goals objectives policies procedures standards to improve efficiency Scout new up-and-coming marketplaces that attract traffic Lead new expansion talks conduct strategic meetings with relevant e-commerce websites discuss partnerships commercial conditions Margin animations exclusive deals seek buy-in brand General Manager brand owners Deliver underlying profitability developing knowledge key cost drivers from P&L Monitor partners platforms ensure Content marketing adherence brand standards flag any issues Pricing alignment across platforms Optimize performance marketing VM standards Liaise eCommerce Manager test marketplace user experience flag any issues technical structure design content navigation branding performance functionality Ensure performance reports received partners analyze web metrics accordingly proceed action plan improve categories performance turnover Understand top performing worst performing categories Manage analyze eCommerce KPIs click through rate conversion spend consumer path purchase consumer online searches creative analysis Make informed decisions negotiating purchase orders partners buying teams approval SKUs quantities sizes.
