Job Summary
The Senior Foreman – Mechanical Construction supervises mechanical construction activities at site ensuring safe execution within budget.Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical foremen technicians skilled labor on site
- Assign daily tasks ensure efficient manpower utilization provide technical guidance resolve site-level issues monitor productivity work progress against schedules oversee installation testing commissioning of mechanical systems ensure work executed according to drawings specifications method statements coordinate with civil electrical instrumentation teams avoid conflicts enforce strict adherence to HSE policies site safety procedures conduct toolbox talks safety briefings identify hazards corrective actions implemented ensure use proper PPE times maintain daily work reports manpower logs progress records support preparation method statements work permits assist punch-list clearance project close-out activities
