    SUEZ Middle East HQ is looking for anenthusiastic and driven individual to enrich our BusinessDevelopment Team. Based in Dubai this pivotal role will contributesignificantly to the strategic expansion of SUEZs operations acrossthe Middle East and Central Asia. We are seeking a dynamicprofessional who is eager to drive our development initiatives andfoster meaningful relationships in these key regions for theGroup.

    WHAT YOU WILL BEDOING

    • Ensure that NWC succeeds in its transformation into a morecustomerfocused organization and is responsible at branch level forthe development and implementation of the Customer ServicesManagement Plan and related EnablingProjects.
    • Improve all customerrelated processesat branch level:
    • Ensure branch customerdatabase quality and completion.
    • Review andimprove all customerrelated procedures internal and external frommeter installation to bill recovery.
    • Review andimprove existing branch Customer Service procedures and theCustomer Contact Center including systems processes and trainingprograms and define additional needs.
    • Preparethe CRM strategy identify customerrelated business issues andimplement solutions through specific actionplans.
    • Collaborate with other departments todevelop and implement intracompany systems and technology such asGIS Workflow Management and Call Centre.
    • Adviceand recommend on tariff structures for service levels connectionsavailability charges.
    • Work with relevantExperts and NWC Departments to manage reduction in commercialNRW.
    • In coordination with several departmentscontribute to the implementation of Enabling Projects and otherprojects at branch level
    • Define the trainingand technical assistance needs for NWC staff in these fields workclosely with HR and the technical teams to provide these. Monitormeasure and report on the results.
    • Ensure asmooth transition in the beginning of the contract in his/her areasof responsibility.
    • Support the definition onH&S procedures and action plan and ensure implemented atthe branch.
    • Lead the implementation of newmanagement processes and tools at branchlevel.


    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    BSc EngineeringDegree or Business school
    Senior Expert with 10 years ofproven and recognized experience in all the components of customerservices from metering to debt recovery including customer care andcommercial nonrevenue water.
    Water industry experience: 5years
    Functional experience in their area: 5years
    Management experience related to this position: 5years
