    • Enhance operational efficiency and productivity through process optimization.
    • Foster the growth of the company's client base and diversify project portfolios.
    • Identify and proactively address potential risks and challenges associated with construction projects.
    • Implement strategies to minimize project delays, disputes, and cost overruns.
    • Ensure strict compliance with all pertinent regulations, permits, and industry standards.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

    We Are Looking For:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
    • Advanced degree, such as an MBA, is advantageous.
    • 10 to 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in the construction industry.
    • Experience in Infrastructural & Earthwork is a must.
    • Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams.
    • Development and implementation of a strategic vision for the company.
    • Alignment of company goals with industry trends.
    • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and financial forecasting.
    • Solid understanding of construction project management, including scheduling and quality control.
    • Successful track record in business development, client relationship management, and market expansion.
    • Familiarity with construction industry regulations, permits, and standards.
    • Ability to handle adversity and persevere in challenging situations.
