JASARA PMC, a leading engineering and project management company, is seeking a skilled Contract Engineer specializing in Estimation to join their team. As a Contract Engineer (Estimation) at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for civil engineering projects. You will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather relevant information and ensure that estimates align with project requirements and industry standards. Responsibilities

• Prepare Tender MTO's from site survey and conceptual drawings
• Calculate tender direct and indirect cost manpower manhours, materials
• Conduct site visits with client and generate site visit report.
• Generate tender RFQ documents
• Review offers received from suppliers and service provider
• Coordinate with subcontractor and service providers after award of contract.
• Verification of design package against bid time Qty's after award of contract

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Contract Engineer or Estimator in the civil engineering or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and practices
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
