Job Summary
  • Conduct performance analysis and identify the causes for deviation in targeted KPIs
  • Prepare special reports related to the performance reporting as requested by management team.
  • Prepare monthly review of Customer Care KPIs
  • Prepare call volume analysis to support headcount forecasting.
  • Collecting raw data from various systems and use it in analysis that support decision making process
  • Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly management reports on KPIs
  • Develop the MIS reports and conduct needed analysis for all operational figures.
  • Perform other responsibilities as required by higher levels of supervision.
