Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Remote Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and closing sales opportunities.
This role is ideal for a persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.
As a Remote Sales Representative, you will manage the full sales cycle—from outreach and qualification to presentation and closing—while working independently in a virtual setting.
This is a remote opportunity suited for self-starters who are comfortable meeting targets and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
In This Role, You Will
Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Qualify inbound leads and assess customer needs
Present products or services clearly and persuasively
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships
Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics
Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to improve lead conversion
Provide feedback on customer objections, trends, and market opportunities
Your performance will directly contribute to revenue generation and long-term customer retention.
Qualifications & Skills
Successful candidates typically demonstrate:
Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
Self-motivation and comfort working independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms
Strong organizational and time management skills
Goal-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
Experience in B2B, SaaS, or consultative selling environments is a plus.
