Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and budgetary requirements
• Manage and coordinate project resources, including subcontractors and suppliers
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones
• Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of project objectives
• Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for management and clients
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project engineering or related role
• Proven experience in successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Experience working in the UAE is preferred
