- Maintain a thoroughknowledge of all departments, our company network of hospitals,products and services so that customers are provided accurateinformation on it's provider and proceed general querieswith confidence at all times
- Deal competentlywith customer complaints and take all possible actions to resolvethe issues to their fullest satisfaction with minimal interventionof team leaders.
