Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet& Meet Customer Prepares and serves drinks and foodsaccording to customerspecifications.
  
• Providesmenu information and suggestions to customers including wine andfood suggestions and explanations of ingredients and preparationmethods.
  
• Assistswith food preparation as directed operating food productionequipment as required to completetasks.
  
• Operatesgrill broiler or deepfat fryer to prepare specific fastfoods.
  
• Arrangestable settings and folds napkins according to restaurantstandard.
  
• Clearscleans and sanitizestables.
  
• Maintainscleans and sanitizes workstations.
  
• Cleansand sanitizes dishes utensils pots pans and other containers andreturns to appropriate location in the kitchenarea.
  
• Refillscondiments or othersupplies.
  
• Followsall safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations to ensurequality foodservice.
  
• Performsother related duties asassigned.
