    Job Description & Role:
    Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate withhiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selectioncriteria.
    • Design job description and interviewquestions in line with position requirements.
    • Source potential candidates through onlinechannel.
    • Compile lists of mostsuitablecandidates by assessing their CVs portfolios andreferences.
    • Create and implement endtoendhiring processes to ensure a positive experience forcandidates.
    • Determine selectioncriteria.
    • Form close relationships with hiringmanagers to ensure clear expectations for candidates andinterviewers.
    • Plan interview and selectionprocedure including screening calls assessments
    • Devise and implement sourcing strategies such as anemployer branding initiative to build pipelines for potentialapplicants.
    • Forecast quarterly and annualhiring needs by department.
    • Foster long termrelationships with past applicants and potentialcandidates.
    • Maintain proper records ofapplicants information interactions interview details CVs and otherdetails in an organized manner

    AdditionalRequirements:
    Requirements:
    • 68 years of experience in talent acquisitionor similar role.
    • Bachelor degree in humanresources management or similar field.
    • Experience in fullcycle recruiting using variousinterview techniques and evaluation methods.
    • Proficiency with social media CV databases andprofessional networks.
    • Knowledge of ApplicantTracking Systems.
    • Proficiency in documentingprocesses and keeping up with industry trends.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills.
