The system migrationis complete, and a minimum viable product has been successfullyinstalled. Now its time to leverage the power of a cloud-basedMicrosoft Dynamics 365 ERP by implementing operational andtechnical improvements driven by data, process and useranalysis.

Thishealthcare equipment management organization with excellent companyculture and great leadership is hiring a Business Systems &IT Development leader to continue developing the roadmap and manageinnovative projects to reach their strategicgoals.

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES

• Recommendand manage the implementation of additional MSD 365 functionality,system flows, and system flow improvements aligned with businessgoals andobjectives.
  
• Leadand manage user portal functionality, access and content based ongap analysis sessions withstakeholders.
  
• Managedata integrity and security measures for allsystems.
  
• Liaisewith IT solutions and support suppliers to maintain all systems andapplications.
  
• Leadand develop data intelligence reporting andsolutions.
  

Requirements

EDUCATION& TRAINING

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relatedfield.
  

WORKEXPERIENCE

• MicrosoftDynamics 365 cloud-based projectexperience.
  
• Asthis is a critical near-term project, portal business analysis anddevelopment in MSD 365 will berequired.
  
• PowerBI experience from upper management interaction to developingreports for various businesslines/projects.
  
• Designingand developing data analytic solutions in a project-orientedenvironment.
  
• Communicatingwith senior decision-makers andend-users.
  
• Medicalsales, medical customer service or medical equipment industryexperience ispreferred.
  

SKILLS&COMPETENCIES

• Youare highly organized with strong time-management skills to manageand maintain multiple ongoing projects simultaneously and meetdeadlines.
  
• Exceptionalanalytical and conceptual thinkingskills.
  
• Abilityto manage implementation projects developed by an externalsupplier.
  
• Abilityto determine downstream effects of process changes and provideappropriaterecommendations.
  
• Extensivefunctional and technical knowledge of applications in the Dynamics365 platform, includingCRM
  
• Workingknowledge of Microsoft analysis and reporting tools like Power BIandExcel.
  
• Sometechnical proficiency inSQL.
  
• Excellentlistening and comprehensionabilities.

• Theselected candidate can reside anywhere in Canada as long as theycan travel to the GTA whenrequired.
