Candidate will performskilled preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical,mechanical, and general applications with minimal supervision.Candidate will respond to work requests in a timely mannerdepending on urgency. This includes using judgement skills todetermine if a repair is critical to keep production flowing.Candidate will be required to interface with Engineering onspecific projects and process improvements. Candidate will assistin managing equipment, and contractors accordingly to minimizedowntime and maintain all process lines. Candidate will maintainall equipment maintenance records to GMP audit-ready status.Candidate will be competent in meeting OSHA regulations andLock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) with respect to equipment installation andrepair. Candidate will utilize Microsoft Office soft wares tocreate, update, and improve department forms and create changecontrols regularly. Candidate must understand and contribute tocontinual improvement across all departments. The candidate willtake on and manage project work as business needs dictate, whilemaintaining day-to-day cGMP records compliance. Candidate must beable to cultivate and maintain strong internal and externalrelationships. Candidate will present strong attendance andpunctuality.

What you will bedoing:

• Conduct preventativemaintenance on all machines and equipments
• Troubleshoot and finds permanent solutions to reocurringequipment issues
• Maintains and performs lockout/tag out
• Conducts monthly inspection of eyewash center, fire extinguisher, and housekeeping audits
• Will be required to place orders for machine parts andtools
• Maintains and repairs thefacility's structure, equipment, grounds, includingplumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Electricalsystems, including lighting, circuits, and equipment
• Water supply, drains, pipes and appliances
• Pneumatic air supply, including air compressor
• Walls, partitions, floors, ceilings andfixtures(including painting)
• Facilitiesequipment such as trash compactor and baling machine
• Material handling equipment, such as lift trucks andracking
• Office furniture and office partitionsystems
• Performs other duties asassigned

Experience you willneed:

• HVAC systemsexperience
• Ability to locate and install newplant equipment, including all electrical, pipefitting, rigging,and millwright work
• Ability to wear requiredsafety equipment
• Ability to use power toolsand hand tools to perform mechanical installations
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment using diagrams andblueprints and repair electrical, hydraulic and pneumaticmechanical systems
• Ability to workindependently on projects
• High School orequivalent
