    JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to join its team. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA is dedicated to delivering social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing commercial aspects of programs, including procurement, budgeting, risk management, and contract negotiation. The Senior Commercial Manager will work closely with project managers to ensure successful delivery of programs that drive visible change within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee commercial aspects of programs, including procurement, budgeting, and risk management
    • Provide commercial guidance to project managers, ensuring delivery of high-quality programs that meet budget and schedule requirements
    • Review and analyze program financial information to identify and manage commercial risks
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government officials
    • Lead commercial negotiations with clients, ensuring optimal program outcomes
    • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with program goals and objectives

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial management role within the civil engineering industry
    • Proven track record of successful program delivery, including experience managing large budgets and complex procurement processes
    • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, partners, and government officials
