Al-Rashed Industrial is a group of manufacturing units in Saudi Arabia that provides services for the construction, logistics, petrochemical, agriculture, and oil and gas sectors. We manufacture throughout the domestic market and export to the Middle East and Europe.

Role Description

The position is responsible for managing store operations and arrangement of materials while tracking the storage and dispatch of items.

Responsibilities

• Organize the materials in the store room in accordance with the standard procedure prescribed by the supplier and Supervisor.
• Confirm receipt of material as per the purchase order and inspect their conformance to the specifications.
• Maintain inventory records of stock received, issued and stored
• Prepare usage report for store items and issue purchase requisition when the consumable inventory reached reorder level.
• Keep a record of documents like suppliers' catalogue, part list, etc. for easy reference at the time of need
• Initiate all purchase requests to keep stock items available at all times.
• Ships canceled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.
• Audit inventory and prepare inventory reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis and submit to management for review.
• Ensure receipt of supplies and update records accordingly.
• Determine stock re-order levels and maintain the levels always.
• Release requested as per requests from departments & requirements and prepare necessary documentation for record keeping and proof of approval/acknowledgement.
• Maintain the condition and arrangement of the storage area.
• Implement preventive measures to avoid theft, damage, or misplacement of items.
• Ensure accuracy of stock levels in ERP system

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor in supply chain, Logistics etc..
• 1-2 years relevant experience
