• Generate Sales Qualified leads with inbound campaigns
• Maintaining active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications (LinkedIn, email, telephone) designed to increase customer interest in ZIWO s products
• Finding opportunities to generate new business and fuel our growth
• Attend to incoming inquiries in a timely manner.
• Qualify the business requirements of incoming inquiries.
• Transparently explain our solution and services to our potential clients.

• A bachelor s degree or higher
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience (Inside Sales, Call Center, Lead generation)
• Bilingual (English / Arabic)
• You can communicate in a clear, goal-oriented way that leaves no room for interpretation
• You can take the lead in a conversation, but you also know when it s time to listen
• Experience being held to metrics/KPIs
• High energy and positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
