    RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Oversee the effective and reliable operation of the company's fleet, ensuring minimal disruptions in construction

    projects and optimizing vehicle and heavy equipment usage for enhanced project productivity.

    2. Create and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime, extend equipment lifespan,

    proactively prevent breakdowns, and ensure uninterrupted project progress while reducing overall maintenance

    costs.

    3. Lead a proficient team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance to maintain a high level of expertise and

    efficiency. Foster adherence to safety standards to reduce the likelihood of accidents and improve overall team

    performance.

    4. Develop a comprehensive budget for fleet maintenance, balancing cost-effectiveness with optimal performance.

    Control expenses, allocate resources efficiently, and enhance overall financial sustainability.

    5. Collaborate with external service providers to secure quality spare parts and services at competitive rates.

    Manage vendors effectively to ensure the availability of necessary resources, contribute to timely repairs, and

    achieve cost savings.

    6. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. Ensure that routine maintenance tasks are carried

    out to prevent breakdowns.

    7. Maintain accurate records for equipment history, monitor performance, and identify trends. Systematically

    document information to enable informed decision-making, enhance troubleshooting capabilities, and ensure

    compliance with industry standards.

    8. Stay informed about local regulations and industry best practices to ensure fleet compliance. Adhere to legal and

    safety requirements, minimize risks, protect the company's reputation, and foster a secure working environment.

    9. Identify and report vehicles in poor condition, determining those that are old and not worth repairing. Prepare

    scrap reports for unusable vehicles.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    1. Strong knowledge of vehicle and heavy equipment

    maintenance practices.

    2. In-depth understanding of vehicle and heavy equipment mechanics.

    3. Excellent diagnostic skills; Proficient in diagnosing and

    troubleshooting mechanical issues.

    4. Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of local regulations and safety

    standards related to fleet operations.
