Overview

We are seeking a Field Rotating Equipment Engineer to join Jubail Producing Department.

Jubail Producing Department (JPD)/ Berri Crude Increment Program (BCIP) Provides project support, Pre-commissioning and commissioning for Jubail Producing Department with specialized engineering and technical knowledge in the areas of Rotating Equipment, Mechanical systems to maintain stable operation and maximize profitability and meeting highest standards of safety and environment.

Key Responsibilities

The employee required to perform the following:

• Support and maintain day-to-day reliable operations, and minimize equipment out of service.
• Develop and manage rotating PM (Preventive Maintenance) programs, evaluating equipment performance, recommending improvements and new technologies.
• Frequently review and update the critical spare part list under your area and performing cataloguing activities.
• Handle active maintenance work orders that includes ordering material, carryout shutdown items and new work and upgrades.
• Develop contract scope of work and General coordination with vendors.
• Projects design package review and execution.
• Conducts special studies and performs engineering analysis, development, design, coordinate and control of
• assigned projects within any one of the recognized engineering fields.
• Leads and recommends new continuous improvement solutions for installations or modifications to improve existing facilities and standardization within specific fields of endeavor.
• Estimates costs, prepares justifications and completes expenditure requests as required.
• Conduct troubleshooting, failure analysis, resolution of chronic reliability issues and participate in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies.
• Follow and inspect construction progress of assigned capital projects to ensure successful start-up and operation of new equipment.
• Assist, train and mentor other engineers. Develop new-hire Saudi Engineers in all aspects of engineering, identify training needs and mentor for long term success.

Minimum Requirements

The successful candidate should hold bachelor degree in Mechanical or other advanced professional engineering degree in related field.

Should have a Minimum of 15 years' experience working with mechanical equipment, and minimum 10 years' experience working with pumps and compressors in the field with commensurate engineering discipline knowledge as rotating equipment specialist, preferably in the oil or similar process industry.

Must have an Experience in maintenance, repair, spare parts, vibration analysis and performance monitoring and diagnostics of pumps and compressors. This includes leading equipment trip investigations and issuing investigation and reliability reports.

Have an Experience with using industry software, and providing and executing industry recognized programs for rotating equipment and reliability. This includes knowledge of TPRM (Total Plant Reliability Management), AIMS (Asset Integrity Management System) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) techniques.

Have a Thorough knowledge of engineering practices, economic principles, calculation methods, design and international codes, standards, specifications and industry EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) entities and equipment vendors.

Shall (preferably) have experience working with international workforce and remote location.

Also, a mechanical engineer usually has a knowledge in equipment reliability and failure troubleshooting. The targeted engineer is preferred to have professional engineering certifications like CRMP, TapRoot, FE and PE.
