Maintenance Management: Theability to manage and organize the maintenance schedule for variousagricultural equipment and systems and identify bestpractices.

Leadership and direction: The abilityto lead the team, direct daily operations, and motivate the team toimprove the quality and effectiveness ofmaintenance.

Technical skills: Good technicalskills in diagnosing faults and repairing them, includingpreventive and corrective maintenance.
