    Description:

    WorkLife Intake Consultants work in a service center andprovide customer service to employees and their families in orderto assistance in locating and providing resources and referrals intheircommunity.

    WPOrelies on the Intake Consultant s telephone skills to grow andprosper. These calls may be with an Employee Assistance Program(EAP) Consultant, the client s customer, or with a provider. Allcalls, whether inbound or outbound, require the same high qualitystandards. Please be aware that all calls may be monitored forqualityassurance.

    Duringthe intake the Consultant will be requiredto:
    • Assessthe Employee s needs through targetedquestioning
    • Obtainthe following data to create the case description:
    • Employees personal information and information on the individual needingcare (i.e. child orelder)
    • Clearexplanation of theissues/needs
    • Statementof urgency ofneed
    • Reasonservice isneeded
    • Desiredgeographic location for referral search
    • Anypersonalizedcriteria
    • Ensureall data entries are complete and accurate, with proper spellingandgrammar
    • Demonstrateexcellent customer service skills providing the caller withfriendly, enthusiastic, and empatheticservice
    • Demonstrateexcellent knowledge of conflict resolutionskills
    • Demonstrateability to organize and prioritize regarding crisis versusnon-crisisissues

    Inaddition to completing telephonic intakes, the consultant may beasked to participate in additional tasks. Our consultants work in afast-paced environment and are expected to maintain high quality,top customer service, and practice WPOs corevalues.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelorsdegree
    • StrongEnglish, verbal and written communicationskills
    Shiftfor this position is Monday-Friday 11:30am to8pm
