    Key Accountabilities

    • Provide strategic leadership and vision for the restaurant and café operations.
    • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant and café business, ensuring alignment with our culinary mission and goals.
    • Take accountability for performance, growth, and profitability of our dining establishments.
    • Direct and execute culinary excellence, ensuring the highest food quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance our dining establishments' reputation and profitability.
    • Lead and inspire the executive teams in our restaurants and cafes, fostering a culture of culinary innovation and excellence.
    • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation within the culinary domain.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders in the dining industry.
    • Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
    • Keep abreast of culinary trends and technologies to drive innovation in our dining experiences.
    • Promote culinary quality, safety, and sustainability across all establishments.
    • Evaluate and manage culinary risks while identifying growth opportunities for our dining businesses.

    Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
    • 15+ years of executive leadership experience in the restaurants and cafes industry.
    • Proven track record as a CEO or senior executive in the restaurant and cafe sector.
    • Strong background in business and operational management, including menu development and food service operations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for elevating dining experiences.
    • Strong operational management skills, including inventory control, supply chain management, and quality assurance.
    • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high service standards.
    • Proven ability to optimize restaurant and café operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
