Requirements

Educationand Experience Profile:

• Bachelor's degreein computer science or equivalent education required.
  
• Minimum of 5+years of work experience in IT, in the field of technical implementation andconfiguration of ITSM Service management using ManageEngine ITSM Platform.
  
• Strong andComprehensive understanding of ManageEngine ITSM.
  
• IT ServiceManagement (ITSM)Certification preferred.
  
• ITILCertification preferred.
  
• Advanced skillsin ITIL process management, process/analysis engineering, service metrics,service management, application administration, workflows administration andservice request automation.
  
• Experience withIncident, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration, Knowledge, Event and RequestManagement processes. in a diverse technology environment.
  
• Demonstratedabilities performing business requirements analysis, process documentation,technical documentation, and presentations.
  
• Knowledge of ITaudit, compliance, governance frameworks, project management principles andstrategies, SDLC and Agile processes.
  
• Experience inManageEngine ITSM implementation including applying general setting,configuration, integration and configure organizational roles.
  
• Experience andability to enhance and implement users' management for ManageEngine ITSMplatform and related issues.
  
• Experience andability to implement and configure all required service catalog, businessprocesses and SLAs on ManageEngine ITSM platform.
  
• Working onenable, define, and configure user surveys.
  
• Creating customReports and dashboards.
  
• Making therequired installation and configuration to archive implementations target.
