    Ourclient, a manufacturing company, is looking to hire ahigh-performing Sales Manager who will be responsible formaximizing their sales team potential, creating and executing salesplans andstrategies.


    DutiesandResponsibilities:

    • Researchingmarketing opportunities and developing plans, understandingconsumer needs, identifying market trends and suggestingimprovements to achieve the companys marketinggoals.
    • Achievinggrowth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the salesteam
    • Designingand implementing a strategic business plan that expands company scustomer base and ensuring it s strongpresence
    • Buildingand promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships bypartnering with them and understanding theirneeds
    • Presentingsales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to themanagementteam
    • Identifyingemerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of newproducts and competitionstatus
    • Conductingthorough marketing research on competitors products andservices.
    • Maintaininga healthy relationships with clients by making regular visits andunderstanding theirneeds
    • Generatingnew business leads and negotiating deals with theclients
    • Ensuringthe company meets the salestargets.


    Requirements

    • Minimumof 4 years proven sales experience
    • Expertisein the energy drink industry is desirable
    • Strongknowledge of the competitive landscape and markettrends.
    • Experiencein developing and implementing salesstrategies.
    • Strongleadership and managementskills
    • Excellentanalytical and problem-solvingskills.
    • Proficiencyin MicrosoftOffice.
    • Thecandidate should be able to work well under pressure and meetdeadlines.
