    The Role

    To provide a professional and prompt service on all types of Atlas Copco Rental Equipment, consisting of various sizes of portable compressors, generators, membranes and boosters.

  • Strong focus on continuous improvement in digital solutions in our customer communications and relations.
  • Establishing good customer relationships & maintaining regular contact with all customers, especially key accounts & ensuring an excellent standard of service.
  • To provide a professional and prompt service on all types of Atlas Copco Rental Equipment, consisting of various sizes of portable compressors, generators, membranes and boosters.
  • Focus on continuously developing a Customer care-driven culture and Supporting the improvement of our rental and service response to our customers and our operational excellence
  • Promptly carry out servicing and maintenance on rental machines
  • Effectively diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
  • Attend breakdowns promptly and whenever required
  • Train customers and Atlas Copco personnel as required, on the general operation of the rental machines when and where required
  • Assist in the planning of daily and weekly visit schedules
  • To be aware of, and apply, Health and Safety regulations in the Service Centre and on-site
  • To apply good standards of engineering practice at all times
  • Take part in call-out rotation
  • Maintain test instruments, to ensure they remain in good condition
  • Effectively promote the Atlas Copco Compressor company image
  • Perform related duties as required to maintain good housekeeping

    What we expect of you?

    Essential:

    Experience in the maintenance and repair of Atlas Copco compressors is required

    Good knowledge (written & oral) of English

    A team player who is also able to work independently.

    Dynamic personality & Self-motivated

    Knowledge of Computers (Microsoft Office)
