    The Marketing Manager will supportto invent build and deploy outstanding and good experiences forStrategic Customers in Saudi Arabia. Reporting into the Middle East& Africa leader for customer experience they will work withkey partners from customer organizations to understand theirbusiness drivers and pain areas across their operations to supportin creation of solution roadmaps that use the breadth and power ofEmersons Portfolio that help customers improve operationalefficiency productivity and performance levels.

    Your role responsibilities will include but not be limitedto the following:

    • Solution Centerand Executive Customer Engagements
    • Support thedesign and execution of highlevel executive customer engagements todrive the breadth of company Portfolio through curated messagingand workshops at company Solution Center customer sites and 3rdparty forums these engagements would include:
    • Digital Maturity Assessments
    • STODiscovery
    • Workshops Brownfield DecarbonizationRoadmaps Project Certainty / Operational Certainty WorkshopsIndustry Specific Value Improvement Practices (We have a body ofwork across Midstream Metals & Mining and ChemicalsIndustry)
    • Upkeep and upgradation of ourSolution Centers at Dhahran Techno Valley Facilities making thefacility fit for purpose for customer engagements.
    • Support specific project activities within the CustomerExperience Domain across MEA
    • On groundMarketing Events as well as SupportWill be the responsible forplanning and implementing platform level Marketing events androadshows in Saudi. This would involve working with Business Unitsto acquire inputs and align with their go to market strategy withtheir products and solutions. Content creation updating preevent PRsupport and post event lead management would be a part ofcandidates responsibility.

    What doI need to be considered for this role

    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience inengineering
    • Proven understanding of businessdevelopment and industrial manufacturing demandgeneration
    • Knowledge of marketing channels anddigital approaches to industrial marketing
    • Apassion for creativity and problem solving
    • Excellent writing communication and presentationskills
    • Proficiency in full Microsoft Officesuite and Power BI
