    Job Context:
    Financial Analyst plays the main role in linking our information technology capacity and our business and financial objectives.
    Key Accountabilities


    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis by reviewing historical data, current trends, and future projections to provide insights and recommendations.
    • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support decision-making processes.
    • Prepare and distribute financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other ad-hoc reports as required.
    • Interpret financial data, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
    • Analyze cost structures, cost drivers, and cost-saving opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability.
    • Assess financial risks, market trends, and economic factors that may impact the organization and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
    • Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct ROI analysis, and make recommendations on capital allocation.
    • Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
    Knowledge, Skills, and Experience


    We Are Looking For:

    • BS degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
    • Proven working experience as a Finance Analyst.
    • Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications.
    • Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
    • Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills.
    • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
