To strengthen theirteam in Technical Service Department Europe, currently, we arelooking for a Technical Service Manager (m/f/d) inNorthRhine-Westphalia

Responsibilities

1. Applicationtechnical support of customers(key accounts), in the area ofsolvent-based industrial coatings, powder coatings and printinginks in Europe and selected exportcountries
2. Initiate and monitor basic andcustomer-related laboratory work in collaboration with the ResearchServices department
3. Active participation indevelopment projects (Stage Gate projects) together with thepigment innovation and marketing departments
4. Technical support in the introduction of newpaint and ink pigments and in the consolidation of the existingproduct portfolio
5. Maintaining and coordinatingtechnical complaints
6. Continuous development andmanagement of technical expertise as well as application know-how,presentations at specialist congresses and tradefairs

Requirements

1. Successfully completed training inthe field of chemistry, paint technology or paint engineering
2. Ideal would be at least 3 years professionalexperience in the coatings laboratory and in the technicalapplication consulting in the field of coatings and printinginks
3. You have a sympathetic, convincingcharacter and very good communication skills. You are a teamplayer, flexible, committed and work independently, responsibly andservice-oriented
4. The willingness to travelfrequently is self-evident (about 30%)
5. Verygood German and English spoken and written and IT experience arerequired
