    Purpose:

    Thisis a leadership role wherein the person will lead the Azure Segmentfor North Region Direct Sales. This role will leadateam focused on driving adoption of Cloud across all targetcustomers. Role expects the leader to be business savvy and shouldhave technical sales background necessary to help establish Rapyderas a key Cloud Services Provider in Azure Cloudplatform.

    Theperson will be responsible for identifying, structuring, andmanaging strategic accounts and commercial deals with to drivebusiness growth for Rapyder. The person will work closely withleadership to develop initiatives, plan events and sales strategiesalong with the partners to meet defined performance, engagement andrevenue growthobjectives.

    Roles&Responsibilities:
    • Driverevenue and market share in Azure in NorthRegion
    • Meetor exceed quarterly revenuetargets
    • Developand execute comprehensive accountplans
    • Buildand manage the large and mid-sized enterprise team, while keepingthe run rate through Startupbusinesses
    • Ensurecustomersatisfaction
    • Developlong-term strategic relationships with keyaccounts
    • Workwith partners to extend reach & driveadoption
    • Managecontractnegotiations
    • Expectmoderatetravel
    • Consistentlyto share prospect feedback regarding our services, or pricing toLeadership team and offer suggestions for additional services to beadded to ourportfolio.
    • Workclosely with Marketing to ensure to help achieve MarketingObjectives
    • Salesteams: enablement, collaterals, co-ordinating pre-sales effort,Leads, Proposals, assistance in New customeracquisition

    • Proventrack record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterpriseaccounts through leading outbound prospectingteams.
    • Musthave experience in selling Cloud services. Good to have experiencein Azure Cloudservices.
