- Responsible of managing the daily SAP transaction in terms of entering the received, shipped, produced stocks, and finished goods.

- Ensure accurate and timely execution of warehouse processes to meet customer demands and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layouts, storage systems, and material handling equipment to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to uphold accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement inventory control strategies, including cycle counting, stock rotation, and product availability.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and investigate any discrepancies to minimize stockouts, overstock, and product obsolescence.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate replenishment activities to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize carrying costs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency enhancements within the warehouse operations.
- Previous experience (3- 5 years) in a warehouse leadership role, preferably within a supply chain or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using (SAP) System
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
