JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Project Director to join our dynamic team. As a leading provider of project management services, JASARA PMC is committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various projects to ensure their successful completion. You will work closely with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure all project objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Develop and execute project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
• Monitor project progress and take corrective actions as necessary
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Manage project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
• PMP certification is highly desirable
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
