    Qualifications:

    • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to align product strategies with overarching business goals and implement data-driven solutions that drive long-term success.
    • Technical Expertise: At least 10 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles, expertise in tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Adjust, and Webengage required.
    • Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and the ability to translate insights into impactful product innovations.
    • Leadership & Collaboration: Strong communicator with the ability to influence teams across departments, a natural leader who fosters a creative, high-performance culture.
    • Sustainability Focus: A track record of embedding sustainable practices into product development, with the ability to reduce the carbon footprint without compromising quality.
    • Preferred Background: Experience in e-commerce, SaaS platforms, or tech-enabled service industries, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management and operational efficiency.
    • Fluency in English: Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, required to effectively communicate with stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.

    Salary:

    $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
