• Develop and motivate unit members by molding, training and coaching them into star performers and

• Oversee an effective appointment scheduling by all operations officers/senior officers.
• Ensure minimum pending appointments.
• Evaluate team members and confirm their compliance with policies, standards and regulations.
• Perform regular courtesy calls and visits upon approved schedule by Operations Manager.
• Ensure that chemicals and non-chemical products are always available for the team and are being used efficiently and in proper concentration.
• Follow up on clients yearly programs and verify they are being implemented as agreed with the clients.
• Ensure that equipment and vehicles maintenance is done as per maintenance policies.
• Ensure that technicians dispatching and vehicles routing are being properly arranged.
• Execute monthly field raids.
• Verify that officers/senior officers respect the caller scripts and communicate properly with clients (email text, phone etiquette, etc.).
• Follow up on VIP clients and ensure timely delivery of reports.
• Monitor the process of call backs response and solution.
• Ensure that clients Unique Buying Points (UBP) are identified and attended for.
• Organize monthly professional training for back office and field staff.
• Communicate regularly with Sales Department regarding new, toxic and old clients.
• Handle operations reports and discuss them with upper management.
• Control data integrity through weekly audits on data entry and operations workflow.
