Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Financial Analyst to join our team In this role you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making within the organization.

This role involves analyzing financial performance, preparing reports, and contributing to forecasts and business planning activities.

What You'll Be Doing

Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends, variances, and business insights.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Support financial forecasting and modeling for strategic initiatives and ongoing operations.
Contribute to variance analysis comparing actual results with forecasts and historical trends.
Collaborate with business units to gather relevant financial data and understand business drivers.
Assist in the development of dashboards, financial models, and ad-hoc analysis for decision support.
Evaluate financial and operational metrics to support process improvement initiatives.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data in reporting systems.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related discipline (internships count).

What Desired Skills You'll Bring

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling or data analysis tools is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
