- Collaboratewith clients to gather and analyze business requirements related toHR processes and system functionalities.
- Designand implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to address client needsincluding Core HR Talent Management Payroll Benefits Compensationand other modules.
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCMmodules based on client requirements ensuring alignment with bestpractices and industry standards.
- Developcomprehensive functional design documents including specificationsfor system customization and integration.
- Leador assist in system testing activities including unit testingsystem testing and user acceptance testing(UAT).
- Provide training and support to clientstakeholders including endusers administrators andmanagers.
- Create and maintain projectdocumentation including system configurations business processesand technical specifications.
- Collaborate withproject managers and other team members to ensure timely deliveryof Oracle Fusion HCM projects.
- Stay updated onOracle Fusion HCM product updates new features and industry trendsto provide recommendations for system enhancements andoptimizations.
- Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients through effective communicationprofessionalism andresponsiveness.
- Bachelorsdegree in Information Technology Business Administration or relatedfield.
- Implementing and supporting OracleFusion HCM modules.
- Handson experience withOracle Fusion HCM configuration customization andintegration.
- Strong functional knowledge ofCore HR Talent Management Payroll Benefits and Compensationmodules.
- Experience with system testingmethodologies and tools.
- Excellentcommunication presentation and interpersonalskills.
- Ability to work effectively in afastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiplepriorities.
- Oracle Fusion HCM certification isaplus.
