    Responsibilities:

    • Collaboratewith clients to gather and analyze business requirements related toHR processes and system functionalities.
    • Designand implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to address client needsincluding Core HR Talent Management Payroll Benefits Compensationand other modules.
    • Configure Oracle Fusion HCMmodules based on client requirements ensuring alignment with bestpractices and industry standards.
    • Developcomprehensive functional design documents including specificationsfor system customization and integration.
    • Leador assist in system testing activities including unit testingsystem testing and user acceptance testing(UAT).
    • Provide training and support to clientstakeholders including endusers administrators andmanagers.
    • Create and maintain projectdocumentation including system configurations business processesand technical specifications.
    • Collaborate withproject managers and other team members to ensure timely deliveryof Oracle Fusion HCM projects.
    • Stay updated onOracle Fusion HCM product updates new features and industry trendsto provide recommendations for system enhancements andoptimizations.
    • Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients through effective communicationprofessionalism andresponsiveness.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Information Technology Business Administration or relatedfield.
    • Implementing and supporting OracleFusion HCM modules.
    • Handson experience withOracle Fusion HCM configuration customization andintegration.
    • Strong functional knowledge ofCore HR Talent Management Payroll Benefits and Compensationmodules.
    • Experience with system testingmethodologies and tools.
    • Excellentcommunication presentation and interpersonalskills.
    • Ability to work effectively in afastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiplepriorities.
    • Oracle Fusion HCM certification isaplus.
