    Our client from the semi-government sector, a renown digital solutions provider is looking for a seasoned candidate for the role of Business Operations Manager.

    Experience and Skills:

    • Responsible to enhance and enforce the customer centric activities and ensure that releases are following the process.
    • Oversee the provision of technical support to customers across all systems.
    • Implement and manage QA processes to evaluate the quality of customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement and maintaining service standards.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customer support operations.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and Business, to address customer needs, provide insights, and contribute to product/service improvements.

    Requirements:

    • 8+ Years of experience of progressive responsibilities in the of Business Operations, preferably in the IT and Digital Solutions industry.
    • Prepared to lead a team.
    • Bachelor's degree in related field.
    • Based in Jeddah, or willing to relocate to Jeddah
