    Eram Talent, an esteemed Talent Acquisition company, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Eram Talent is well-known for its commitment to delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to clients in various industries.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee all phases of the construction project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
    • Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
    • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
    • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
    • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
    • Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
    • Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management
    • Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management
    • Proven track record in successfully managing and delivering construction projects
    • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, methods, and best practices
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools
    • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
