JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced Planning Director to join our team. As the Planning Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of all projects within the organization. You will provide strategic guidance to our planning team and ensure the successful implementation of project schedules and timelines.

In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and identify any potential risks or issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team of planners and providing mentorship and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic planning processes and procedures
• Oversee the planning and scheduling of all projects within the organization
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans and schedules
• Ensure that project schedules are effectively implemented and monitored throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines
• Lead a team of planners, providing mentorship and guidance
• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management and clients
  
  

Requirements

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Law or similar professional disciplines
• 25+ years of relevant post-graduate experience
• Proven experience in successfully leading a team of planners
• PMP certification is preferred
